SMI's Human Resources department coordinates procedures, processes and training activities related to Human Resources Development within its companies in Central, East and South East Europe. It acts as sparring partner on HR issues and -policies like Organization Development, HR development for Management Teams and staff, HR knowledge exchange and international training & development.
